Scotland's Premier Golf
Tour Operator Brings You the 138th British Open at
Turnberry by Land and Sea.
The Open Championship returns to the fabled Ailsa
Course at the Westin Turnberry Resort 16-19 July 2009. This
was the stage in 1977 for arguably the greatest 36 hole drama
in major championship golf when Tom Watson’s weekend of
65-65 clipped Nicklaus’ 65-66 for the Claret Jug.
Combining attendance at the Open with your schedule of
legendary Scottish links golf is truly one of the most memorable
experiences and we are delighted to offer variety of outstanding
options. Sail Scotland’s shoreline from St Andrews to
Turnberry for eight nights and five
rounds on board the 105-guest Andrea. Step inside the ropes
and stay at Turnberry, play five rounds and use your grounds
series ticket to check in on the tournament whenever
you wish. We also have packages at Marine Troon Hotel, just
30 minutes north. Better still, we are pleased to offer play
on Ailsa the day it reopens, providing you the chance to try
your hand on a major championship set up.
